Friday, August 12th, 2033: 5-Hit Blitz by New York (A)'s Alicea
It was a sensational day at the plate for Miles Alicea as he led the charge to a 9-0 win over the Cubs.

The New York (A) left fielder was pure misery for the Chicago (N) pitching staff. He left them shellshocked with 5 hits in 6 at-bats in an explosive display of hitting.

The manager for the Cubs told BNN reporters after the game, "Alicea put the ball into play. He really hit it hard. When you do that, you've got a pretty good chance to do some damage. And that's what happened. I feel like we threw some pretty good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball."

M. Alicea singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.

This year Alicea has hit at a .333 pace and produced 48 RBIs, 7 home runs and scored 57 runs.
