The Santa Fe Rough Riders have finalized a deal with All Star-caliber starting pitcher Júlio Muncloa that will extend his stay in Santa Fe at least 3 years and will pay out $15,930,000.
Since joining the league, Muncloa has compiled an ERA of 3.35 with a career record of 40-22. He has 462 strikeouts in 550.1 innings and has held opponents to a .258 batting average. |
| Sunday, November 13th, 2033: National Names Best Hitter
Javier Lugo, the Santa Fe shortstop, certainly made an impression on National pitchers this past season. He pummeled them for 212 hits in 552 at-bats, 41 doubles, 3 triples, 28 home runs, 106 RBIs and scored 121 times.
That standout hitting earned him the National Tony Gwynn Award for 2033.

Kenneth Fincham of the Santa Fe Rough Riders really zeroed in on St. Louis hitters at Community Park, blanking them 2-0 on 3 hits. Fincham struck out 9, and gave up 2 walks in defeating the Cardinals.
